To begin the process of planning and for your installation, the first step is to either call us directly or to fill out the form located at the top of our website. This proposal form will ask you to provide us with your name and contact information, then it will ask you more specific questions regarding what you’re looking for in your new lawn. If you call us, we will chat with you to answer any questions you may have. We will still request that you fill out the form on our website so we can provide an accurate estimate. After the proposal is filled out, we will review it and then reach out with our price estimate. We can also coordinate a time to meet with you in person to discuss your material options and to view the job site. If you are interested in seeing our available grass samples, we can mail them to you as well. However, our in-person samples are more comparable to what the finished product will look and feel like.
Installation
Once all the logistics are planned out and we feel confident in the project, we will discuss the best time to begin the installation. On average, our crew can complete 350 sq. ft. a day. Therefore, the project length really depends on the size of the area where artificial grass is being installed. We can only give an estimate on the start date and completion dates. While these may be subject to change under extenuating circumstances, one thing we can guarantee is that we will be on-site working every day after the initial start date until the job is complete.
After the installation is completed, we will double-check our work to make sure that we provided a top-quality installation. Mistakes occur on occasion, but we always fix them and make sure that the finished product is exactly what you were looking for. If you aren’t happy with how something looks, we will happily work with you to correct the issue.
