I had Owen came to my house Monday, 2/6 and spent over 1.5hrs measured the front and back area for turf installation and he also showed us some samples of different turf options. I did not hear from him or anyone from the company about the estimation and sent Yelp message to the company on 2/9, Thursday to follow up on the quote. It is Friday night and heading into the weekend and I dont have high hope I will hear from anyone from the office or the sales guy anytime soon.
My question to the company is how hard is it to provide an estimation to your customer and Should your customer be waiting for over a week? I didnt think requesting a quote for turf would take an arm and a leg for someone to get back to you but apparently I am wrong.
