If there is or was a problem or viable excuse on why they cant do the job...then why do i hear about it the day of ....why not 2 or even 1 week before the job is supposed to do be done? They claim to be given a poor estimate by one of their unqualified representatives but they have no problem taking your money. They will give you the run around, not call you back and hang up on you.
