"We had Roger come to give us an estimate for pet turf grass. He gave me the estimate on the spot. I emailed him the same day he gave me the estimate to tell him that I would like him to do the job and asked when he could begin. He emailed me back and said “hopefully in march when the ground dries out”. On March 5, 2020 I emailed him to ask if he had a start date. The response I received was “im sorry the pet turf we picked is no longer available and the other k-9 turf is expensive and I can not do your job”. I figured this was an excuse to blow off my job, but emailed back to say what if we just did regular turf. NO RESPONSE. My family was very excited to have turf installed as we have a baby daughter that will be walking shortly and the turf we expected to be installed by Roger would have been a safe and nice area for her to walk around.
