My turf is loose and not secure to the ground. I can pull it up in the middle of the yard. Once they get paid they won’t take any of your calls. They needed to come back and cap sprinkler heads that they didn’t do. I have turf melting and can’t get them to come to look at it. "Recently had my backyard carpet installed and used this company. They did a great job and it turned out really nice. My dog loves laying outside and I don't mind anymore because we no longer have dirt. The grass is soft and easy to clean as well as keep clean. I can even use my wet/dry vac to vacuum leaves and stuff. It took a days work to install and it's added allot of living space for the family.  I do wish there was a bit more communication but I believe it's because of recent ownership changes. I also wished we could of paid with credit card. Now and days with vendors it's easier for disputes if a warranty issue comes up and the protection a credit cards give. I always had an issue with sunlight always killing the grass that I had an my yard was a patchy mess. Got in contact with Envious lawn trying to find another option. I spoke with the owner Mike an he came by the next day did all the measurements and gave me a free quote on the project explained the process an how to take care of the turf. I was really surprised how low maintenance it was to take care of. He showed me a variety of different Turf and I went with the little longer. Style I just like the wait felt really soft you walk on it and I like the nice darker color the more natural look it had. would highly recommend envious lawn for your yard projects." - Mark O.

"Ok. I have really thought about posting this approx. 7 months. I wanted to be able to speak about Envious Lawn as this will be a brutally honest review and may or may not impact them. Also please note- I am not the kind of guy that is down on laborers (I am the first of my family that is not a laborer), I do not expect museum quality, and I do not think that I am better than anyone. So it actually pains me to write this, but I will try to do you a favor and save you some money. Envious Lawn started good, but delivered poorly. I had the front yard done (few hundred sq feet...small area) and it took weeks. About 1 month actually. I almost forgot to add that -I had to unload the truck with the driver who does not work for them. The huge rolls of turf are incredibly heavy- where were there people? I called for them to assist multiple times. After we got the rolls unloaded- it sat in my front yard for about a week. From there-onto installation. It was a pretty straight forward front yard, with not a ton of intricate cuts........I have seams all over my lawn........like seams.....Frankenstein-like....." - Jason B.
