"The guy is lucky I can't write 0 stars...to make a long story short,I had Rob install artificial grass in my backyard a while back...first off he is very smooth at telling you what you want to hear he told me he works his jobs and that he had the best available turf.which every thing turned out to be false. He never came to the job he just sent Spanish guys . He had repeated issues with water leaking under my turf.i had them come back to fix it then I had other areas that did not get water at all. I have called him multiple times and I mean multiple times and he had nothing but excuses why he can't come out so now I'm stuck with dips in my lawn and watering my plants this had been going on for months.i find it very difficult to believe of the reviews I read unless he wrote them his self.
