"Based on the reviews and lots of money they pay Google for ADs, I decided to go with Magnolia. They met me at my house (Nathan) and measured the Yard within a few day. Nathan mentioned they have started to work with a Paver company and since I needed Paver & Turf combo, the concrete company had to see the yard as well. This whole meeting thing took two weeks . They promised to provide an estimate in a few days. Story short, It's been over a month and after many text messages and promises from Nathan, I still haven't heard from them or neither will I choose them as my contractor. This company seems to have a lot of business they can not handle and all they will do is waste your time. Based on my experience during the estimation process, I would NOT trust this company to do a job on time even after they start the job. FYI, this is a $20K plus project. "Very unhappy with our experience. Paid for new sod, whi ch was put down in February. We were told it was dormant, not dead. Upon springtime only a small spot started growing, the rest was dead. Upon asking for help we were told it was our fault for the dead grass, accusing us of chemicals on lawn and not watering. According to the mass amount of weeds that grew instead off sod there was plenty of water, no chemicals. I was told " No warranty on sod". I understand about not guaranteeing grass BUT since it was put down "Dead" i think it should have been replaced. Now Roberto is ignoring my request for an invoice for services performed and does not respond to my texts.We paid a premium price for dead grass and no customer service.
