After an initial consult, the guy who came out never followed up and after a month of waiting, I followed up to confirm with them - and they told me that they would have to push my install date back even further. Once the install finally happened, it initially looked good. However, after only a day or two of walking on it, permanent walkway paths could be seen in the grass. Owner was evasive if not completely unresponsive when I tried to contact him. I was told it could have been a bad batch of turf. Then I was told it was due to construction - it was not. I kept everyone off of it. In the end, THE OWNER DID NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. I now have permanent walkways that can easily be seen in this turf after spending $2500. THE OWNER NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH ME TO CORRECT THIS. I was told by many who looked at it that it was likely a bad batch of turf that they received. ALL THE OWNER HAD TO DO WAS PERSONALLY CALL ME TO MAKE IT RIGHT. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN." - J.S.

I understand about not guaranteeing grass BUT since it was put down "Dead" i think it should have been replaced. Now Roberto is ignoring my request for an invoice for services performed and does not respond to my texts.We paid a premium price for dead grass and no customer service. "They were good prior to the sale but not so good after the install. Prior to the sale, the salesman (Donny) said we would no longer have problems with rabbits digging in the yard because the rabbits would not be able to dig trough the turf. Well that is a lie and I have the pictures that prove it. I have tried working with them to fix the problem and even came up with a solution, but now they don't return text messages any longer. Plus there are now visible seems and the turf is loose. I guess they got my money so why should they bother fixing my issue.
