Right from the start the crew was not following the agreed work layout. At first Doug came by to clarify the written plans with the crew but he became less and less involved and eventually did not return our calls at all. This was very surprising since we were not being unreasonable. We even left a message stating that we would pay extra if he felt that we were asking for anything that he felt was a work order change.
